Training
The floor is a sisterhood with standards.
Women progress through five ranks. Male allies — Lotus Guards — serve as living training partners under a female mentor. Both paths are earned. Neither is casual.
On the floor
Mentors, Guards, and the circle.
Female ranks
I
Lotus Seed
Anatomy, foundations, safety, first formulas.
II
Blooming Lotus
Flow, openings, psychological pressure, grip control.
III
Crimson Lotus
Advanced formulas, finishers, high-intensity partners.
IV
Crimson Thorn
Teaching, judgment, leadership of the floor.
V
Sea Lotus
Mastery, innovation, and stewardship of the art.
Lotus Guard
Male allies with a path of their own.
Lotus Guards do not learn Crimson Lotus techniques. They provide the body the art is designed against — with consent, rank, and care. Each Guard is assigned one female mentor who holds authority on the floor and responsibility for his well-being after it.
New women train with lower ranks. Senior women train with higher ones. Advancement is an endurance grading without the comforts beginners are given. A separate Reparations track exists for men the council judges should earn a place through disciplined service.

- 01
Opening Crunch
Women stand and mark the floor. Guards kneel to their mentors. Authority is set before contact.
- 02
Anatomy & drill
Formulas, openings, and the six tactical principles — never as theory alone.
- 03
Live pressure
Games and partner rounds. Skill is measured on a body that can move, flinch, and recover.
- 04
Restoration
Ice, assessment, and care. The same hands that applied pressure are trained to return him to standing.
Consent, safewords, and 18+ eligibility are non-negotiable. Intensity is progressive. Mentors may stop a round at any time.
